6 AAU Magnum hops – 90 minute
4.5 AAU Perle hops – 90 minute
2 oz. Centennial hops – 15 minute
1 oz. Centennial hops, whole leaf – dry hop
1 tsp. Irish Moss

Mash at 149F, boil for 90 minutes, ferment at 66F.
