In anticipation of the remainder of my equipment arriving, I’ve been trying to decide what to brew first. I decided to begin collecting recipes, beginning with my favorite brewery, Stone Brewing Co.

I haven’t decided what to make first, but as I venture into all-grain territory, I’m finding that I have more and more control over the ingredients I use, and better control over the flavors I can impart into my brews.
